As of February 1, 2025, the European Surface Transportation (“EST”) operations of C.H. Robinson are officially part of sennder. The two businesses combine decades of trucking expertise with sennder’s cutting-edge technology, making us one of Europe’s Top 5 FTL players.  

This strategic step enhances our service offering, strengthens data capabilities, and increases network density. Following the successful integration of Uber Freight Europe, we’re confident this new chapter will bring exciting opportunities as we drive road freight forward.

What Does This Mean for You?

Your Contracts and Agreements

  • All existing contracts (T&Cs, payment terms) remain valid; Contracts have been rearranged to new legal entities as communicated by C.H. Robinson in December 2024. Please ensure new bank account details are in use starting February 1, 2025.

Your Primary Contact

  • Your current account manager remains the same. Any changes will be communicated well in advance.

Service Continuity

  • For Full Truck Load (FTL) 3PL offerings across Europe (EU, Turkey, and the UK), please utilize the newly established EST entities.

  • For intercontinental intermodal services and 4PL offerings, please continue working with your existing C.H. Robinson entity. 

Future Enhancements

  • Over the next 6 to 12 months, we will integrate your services into sennder’s proprietary sennOS platform, delivering greater efficiency, visibility, and scalability.
